large apartment good air conditioning calm staff
the apartment was quite large, it included good air conditioning. the pool area seemed pretty. i observed calm staff. buffet dinner tasted great.

loud music old hotel
The music around the pool was SO loud. It played electro music from the 2010s constantly. This made it hard to relax at all, and there were activities all day long. The hotel seemed old (i found it a little disappointing). I needed to leave the hotel completely to escape the noise.

clean room friendly staff tasty food
I really enjoyed my time here. the room was clean and spacious. the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything i needed. the food was tasty. I liked the variety of options available at each meal (especially the fresh salads).
i did find that the pool area could get a bit crowded sometimes, making it hard to find a lounger.

helpful staff ample loungers tidy space
The hotel staff was always ready to assist with any requests. The pool area includes many sun loungers. Daily room cleaning ensured a consistently tidy space. I found the air conditioning effective and easy to control.
I noticed some wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures.

inclusive option attentive staff fruit bowl
The all inclusive option was totally worth it. There were plenty of staff around. A complimentary fruit bowl was kindly delivered to my room.
No alternative was offered initially.

Mr Costa at reception was always available. He was always checking to see if i was okay. Waiters brought my drinks to the table. This added a nice touch to the dining experience.

mixed feelings about my stay
repetitive food loud music
the food at the buffet was quite disappointing. it seemed repetitive and lacked variety (especially at lunch). the desserts all tasted the same. also, the constant loud music by the pool made it hard to relax. i had hoped for a quieter atmosphere during my vacation.
